Verification: Suppliers agree to provide necessary document links for Trusty's internal verification process. Falsification of documents is grounds for immediate termination without refund.

License: By submitting Content, Suppliers grant Trusty a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display that Content within the directory.

Account Security: Suppliers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information.

4. User Responsibilities

Users may browse the directory for legitimate purposes to find and contact suppliers.

Users must not misuse the Service, including by scraping data, spamming suppliers, or engaging in any fraudulent activity.

5. Intellectual Property

The Trusty website, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Trusty and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Suppliers retain ownership of their own logos, images, and original text submitted to their profile.
